The Community for Dreamers 

What is the one thing that people all over the world have in common?  No matter what age, race, sex, religion, or nationality you are, you belong to a community.  Whether it’s a family or a nation, the local community or the global community, we all belong to a group of people that depend on one another to survive.  We all have the capacity to impact the lives of those around us for the better.

Your dreams matter to our community.  The successes of your life will leave a legacy for countless others who will follow in your steps.  In building our ideas, inventions, businesses, services, careers, and families, we are building a shelter for the present generation and a foundation for future generations to build upon.  Our dreams are the gateways to the great tomorrow.

What is Blueprints?

Blueprints™ is a program dedicated to assisting people of all ages in successfully advancing in three crucial segments of their lives: college, career, and community.   They are empowered to do this through learning and understanding their natural gifts and abilities, as well as their individual purpose and destiny, and how to use this knowledge in choosing the right path for their dreams.

The Three C’s of “Succcess”

College

It is critical for an individual to invest time and effort into honing their skill set, increasing their knowledge base, and broadening their experience in their chosen field.  You should be dedicated to becoming an expert.  College, as well as other forms of schooling and training, should be seen as a means of developing your expertise.  It is definitely not the only way of increasing your aptitude, but the idea behind this segment is to reach your highest potential for contributing to the next segment—career.

Career

Two keys to a strong career are knowledge and experience.  The third key is passion.  Incorporating your natural gifts and passion with your expertise allows you to perform your craft with excellence.  A teacher who is passionate as well as qualified conducts a better classroom.  A bricklayer who works with his hands as well as his heart builds a better wall.  People who perform their services with excellence make stronger communities.

Community

The most important assets to any community are the people dedicated to making it thrive.  By being the kind of person who makes a commitment to developing yourself to the highest level of service, you contribute to a stable and nurturing environment for the next generation.  Your job is to lay a foundation that can be built upon by those who follow you.  You are to guide them through the same process of building themselves toward building their community.  The result is a generational inheritance of growth and success.
